FIGS, Inc. (NYSE: FIGS), the direct-to-consumer healthcare apparel and lifestyle brand, today announced a jury in the United States District Court for the Central District of California has found in favor of FIGS and rejected all of the claims made by Strategic Partners, Inc. (“SPI,” also known as Careismatic Brands).

Strategic Partners, Inc. lacked an online or direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy. When FIGS started succeeding, SPI tried to copy us. When it couldn’t, SPI decided to “attack.”

To “attack” FIGS, former SPI CEO Mike Singer tried hard to find anything that FIGS was doing that it could possibly manufacture a lawsuit over. But his team came up empty.

Strategic Partners, Inc.’s former CEO Mike Singer was obsessed with FIGS, not only closely monitoring it while the company was growing, but even keeping tabs on FIGS’ co-founder Heather Hasson, going back over a decade.

Despite suing us for it, Strategic Partners, Inc. used the same antimicrobial treatment as FIGS and yet made even stronger claims about it.
